Enlisted at Maryborough 18/05/1916 age 34 years Son of William and Jessie Emily Taylor. His next of kin (NOK), Cousin Mrs Helen Sandow of Binjour Plateau Gayndah.

 

On enlistment he was 5ft 5. weighed 133 lbs and stated his occupation as a Farmer. On the 04/05/1917 he was wounded in action with a gunshot wound to left hand.
