Enlisted at Toowoomba 06/04/1916 age 27 years. His next of kin (NOK), Father, Mr Geo Scheuber, Porter Street, Gayndah. On enlistment he was 5ft 8, weighed 166 lbs and stated his occupation as a Butcher. Unit embarked from Brisbane, on 27/10/1916. He was wounded 1918. He returned to Australia and discharged 1919.
