Information Text: Enlisted at Brisbane 15/09/1915 age 23 years. His next of kin (NOK), Mother, Mrs Margaret Hoath, England. On enlistment he was 5ft 2, weighed 149 lbs and stated his occupation as a Farmer.
He received a gunshot wound to his left hand 1917 and had severe Gas Burns in May 1918. He returned to Australia and discharged 26/07/1919.
