Enlisted at Brisbane 16/08/1916 age 23 years. His address, Gooroolba. His next of kin (NOK), Mother, Mrs Augusta Munchow, Boonah.

 

On enlistment he was 5ft 5, weighed 158 lbs and stated his occupation as a Farmer. He left Australia for service overseas. He was wounded 1918. He returned to Australia and discharged 06/11/1918.
